*Permitting process can be complex and take a long time to resolve a variety of site conditions, we may assess higher fees depending on the complexity of the project. Permit consulting doesn't include any feasibility studies, septic studies, and all professional fees from septic designers, architects, engineers, and other services are the responsibility of the client. Client must agree to use our building professionals unless otherwise specified.
